    Description

For sale is my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan VN2000 Classic LT. The engine is a liquid-cooled v-twin with 2053 cc (125 cubic inches). It is the largest displacement production engine Kawasaki has ever produced. VN2000's were only made from 2004-2010. This bike is a real beast. It is a 5 speed with belt drive, has a bat wing fairing with a working radio, factory leather saddlebags, chrome radiator cover, tank bib, engine guard with highway pegs, and has a driver's backrest (not shown in the picture). The exhaust pipes are aftermarket Roadburner/Hard Krome 3" Straights that sound awesome! It has 58,700 miles but that is nothing for a liquid cooled, belt driven, Japanese motorcycle. These bikes can easily go 150-175k miles. The bike is in great shape with no body damage. It has been adult driven. It runs great and very comfortable to ride. Can easily ride 150-200 miles in comfort. I have only had this bike since March. I am selling it because I am retiring and want to take the proceeds from this bike to help payoff my other bike. A 0 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction ending. NO RESERVE!!!
If the mileage scares you (which it shouldn't) consider this...the average biker rides 5000 miles a year and this is a 12 year old bike. Hence 5000 times 12 = 60,000 miles, so this bike is under the average. I know getting an older low mileage bike is great but that just means things like seals can be dried up and causing leaks. A bike that is ridden regularly generally doesn't have this problem.
