    What an exquisite piece of history.  I am not sure who the maker is of this incredibly detailed salt cellar, marks are quite worn on the bottom of piece. Marked for "800" silver, has been professionally tested and 100% guaranteed. Great cherub and incredibly ornate imagery through out this sleigh-style salt cellar. I believe, but am not sure that this is of German origin, possibly H. Meyen & Co., or Bruckmann & Sohne, and from around 1900, from similar items online.  Make this fabulous piece a part of your collection!
