    Description

    This antique sterling silver master salt cellar has a nicely etched design and beaded rim. The tripod feet are shaped like hooves. I don't know the origin or the maker of this salt cellar, but there are hallmarks on the bottom. It measures approximately 3" wide, including the feet, and it's 1.5" in height. It weighs approximately 70 grams. Could have many other uses today, such as a change holder or trinket dish. It's in excellent condition, with just a little tarnish. It should polish up nicely, but I have not done this, knowing that many of my buyers prefer to do that themselves, or leave as is.
