This auction is for a complete Berkey Colortran portable video lighting kit. It includes four
tungsten
lights
with
adjustable barn
doors:
two Mini-Pro focusable open-face spots (with detachable power cables), and two Minibroad fixtures (with attached power cables with in-line switches)
. Also included: four Colortran stands (which extend to a height of approximately 7-8 ft), three new scrims (two double and one single scrim), four new lamps (two for each light), and a Colortran carrying case.
If you prefer a soft case, the black and yellow DeWalt bag shown can be substituted. The entire lighting set fits inside comfortably. This is what I used to carry the lights for the last five years. The winning bidder will receive the metal Colortran case, unless otherwise requested.
The vintage lights are in good working condition, with typical evidence of age and use. Minor cosmetic issues: some light rust on a few of the barndoors and corners of the case, some tape or sticker residue on stands and case, and other typical evidence of normal use. The
thin foam liner is missing from the carrying case compartments. Three of the lights have lamps installed, and, as noted, four new lamps are also included.
