Footed Sterling Silver Open Salt Dip Cellar-Hallmark-Victorian-Florals-English?

Description

A small but fancy footed sterling silver salt cellar from the late 1800s.  I do not have reference as to hallmarks of sterling so I am unsure of the country of origin nor the silversmith. It is a very detailed frame of florals in an art nouveau style. The cobalt insert removes for cleaning. The salt stands 1 1/4” tall and measures 2” long and just short of 1 1/2” wide. After thorough examination, no damage or repairs noted.  The insert fits perfectly into the frame therefore I believe it original to the piece.  Please view all pictures as they are considered part of the description.
