I take great care in packaging my candles, however once it leaves my hands I have no control over the item once shipped.
If an item is damaged in transit-
please take photos, and send me those of the damaged item. Include any other information you may have.  I will then file an insurance claim on your behalf with the carrier.
You MUST keep (unless I state otherwise) the damaged item, all contents, including the original packaging, photos and any other information you can provide until your refund is sent to you.
I
keep my shipping rates as low as possible. Please remember that these are fragile glass candles. They do not ship cheap. With packaging materials (that affects the size & weight) they do need a larger package than the item itself (which also affects the weight) so that they fit and can be packaged safely for transit.
