All my items are brand new unless stated otherwise. I describe all my items as accurately as I can.
I Will Only Accept Returns if I have Sold you an item that is grossly misleading.

I take great care in packaging my candles, however once it leaves my hands I have no control over the item once shipped.
If an item is damaged in transit-
please take photos, and send me those of the damaged item. Include any other information you may have.  I will then file an insurance claim on your behalf with the carrier.
You MUST keep (unless I state otherwise) the damaged item, all contents, including the original packaging, photos and any other information you can provide until your refund claim is sent to you.
I keep my shipping rates as reasonable as possible. Please remember that these are glass candles. With packaging materials they do need a larger box so they fit and can be packaged safely for transit.
NOTE:
Extreme Weather Conditions
Please be sure you are either going to be able to accept your package on delivery, schedule it to be picked up through your carrier, or have your carrier put it safe place out of the heat and sun.
I cannot be held responsible for any wax changes, as they are kept in a controlled temperature here and are shipped in new condition.
Once the item leaves my hands I cannot control the carriers shipping speed nor can I control the weather.
