    Description

    These 2 vintage  magazines are especially for  opera lovers.
    Included are two original magazines from the 1970's featuring the iconic images of
    BEVERLY SILLS and LUCIANO PAVAROTTI on the covers.
    The first is Time magazine dated November 22, 1971 and has the banner headline that reads "America's Queen of Opera"
    The accompanying 5 page feature article is titled "Beverly Sills: The Fastest Voice Alive" and has blact and white photos from her performances and personal life.
    The second is Newsweek Magazine dated March 15, 1976 with the banner headline that reads "Prince of Tenors.
    The accompanying 6 page feature article is titled "The Great Pavarotti" and has black and white photos  from his performances and personal life.
    Also featured are Placido Domingo and Jon Vickers.
    The magazines are full of articles about the politics, business, sports, entertainment from the era as well as great ads for vintage products and services from the time period.
    Both of these magazines are from a private collection and are in very good condition having been stored in plastic sleeves in a cool dry environmnet. They both have mailing labels on the covers.
