    Description

Here is a PSE 1000C Precision edge series Compound Bow. It is a 29" draw length and 55-70lbs. It is 41 inches ATA and it is an excellent finger bow and for mechanical tabs. Currently it is set at 63 pounds. The limbs, riser and cams are in good shape. The limbs are practically unbreakable in normal use. It has been kept in good shape, string waxed regularly for good performance. It comes with Three brand new arrows with practice tips, rest, wrist sling, stabilizer and a two pin lighted bow sight ( turning the knob clockwise turns on the two fiber optic pins). A four pin standard sight is also included. This is a great Target bow and hunting bow. A VERY ACCURATE BOW WHEN SIGHTED IN, I shot it in my back yard "dead on the target" 10 to 17 yards for that is only how far I'm able to shoot it where I live. I have shot deer with similar PSE models like this one up to 32 yards accurately, but that is a long shot, most deer will be shot between 10 and 20 yards. I shot a two does one at 30 and the other at 32 yards no problem with this type of PSE bow in the past.    An "octane rest" will work SUPER on this bow and is advisable. The string should be changed next year for now it is good. This is a great starter bow that is lots of fun to shoot. It also shoots excellent with 2117 aluminum arrows. These bows were made to last a real long time, so wax the string every time you shoot it and oil the cams periodically with "odorless oil," the "downwind brand," odorless oil, work great. Doing this will keep the bow shooting and working at optimum performance. DO NOT DRY FIRE ANY BOW. A dry fire is when you draw back the string  "without an arrow on the string and let go." This puts tremendous pressure on the limbs and repeated dry fires will crack and eventually break the limbs on any bow. You can draw your bow, but ALWAYS BRING IT BACK GENTLY TO WHERE THE BOW IS DRAWN. Always make sure if you are going to shoot arrows that you do it in a safe place with an adequate backstop at a shooting range. And if you are under age please ask to be supervised for safety reasons. This is a hard hitting compound bow and it is not a toy; so please be careful and use it responsibly.
