    Description

    Vintage Large Religious Air-Land-Sea-Protect Us Medal-SS-1 1/4".
    A fabulous old vintage religious medal with the engraving of “Air, Land, Sea-Protect Us” and the images of Mary, Jesus and St. Christopher in the middle. On the back it bears the silver fineness mark “STERLING” and the maker’s mark “SF” with an arrow through the initials, which is the mark for Swift & Fisher established around 1912 in Attleboro, MA.  It measures 1 ¼” diameter and weighs 12 grams. There is wear on the back edges from use, but this is otherwise a great old vintage piece!
