HOW LONG IS TIME FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
It depends on the product ordered and the region of the globe in which you are, usually a week. Most items will arrive in about 1-2 weeks. If there are many orders or in periods of great abundance, it can take 2 and 4 weeks. If you are still not sure, send us an email. We will be happy to help you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE EXPECTED DELAY?

ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED?

Yes. According to the case. Send us an email with your problem and the refund service will do everything necessary to find a suitable solution.

ARTICLE RECEIVED DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE.

 

If an item is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint to our customer service.

In order for your complaint to be processed as quickly as possible, please prepare your order number.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT ARRIVES DURING TRANSPORT?

 

You must take some pictures as proof and send it immediately by email to our welfare and customer service. We will send you another product in perfect condition.

I want to return one or more items.

 

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN? don’t worry, here the steps to follow:

-Contact us by mail, post some pictures of items to be returned and indicate the reason for the return. We will give you the address for sending back the package.

-Put the article back in its original packaging (shoebox, plastic wrapper) and put it in a package. Shipping costs are supported by you.

-You will receive a confirmation email once the receipt of the article has been made.

-You will be refunded within 2 business days of receipt of your package.

CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER VALIDATION?

You can not modify an order after receiving the validation email, for a change in the size or color of an item, the payment method, or the delivery address.

Cancel an order or item

HAVE YOU ORDERED THE BAD ARTICLE?  NO PROBLEM!

If your order has not been prepared yet, you can always cancel it. If the time is exceeded, you can return it for free. Contact us if you have any questions.

- Orders placed with a promotional code can only be canceled in their entirety.

No change of address is possible after validation of an order. You can always cancel the order in question and pass a new one with a different address.
